Water pipes are rusty and fall off from the faucet. Rust can be found everywhere. Tiles can be found with creaks and worst they could have missing clouts. Draining of water from the bathtub could take forever and will take precious time from the user because they can't leave the bathroom just yet.

Flushing of the toilet is extremely hard and much effort is needed just to pry open the tank with added sacrifice just because it emits foul odor already.
