PC exercises are used to strengthen the pubbocoxygennus muscles which are the three layers of muscle that surround your anus and your prostate gland.

- For this method you need to stop peeing midstream. The muscle that you contract to do this is actually your PC muscle. - This last method is not for everyone but I will mention it anyway. Lubricate your finger and then insert it into your rectum. Now try to contract your PC muscle. You will know that you are doing it right when you feel pressure from your anus contracting on your finger.

The PC muscle has two main functions. The first is to force either urine or semen out of the urethra. This is done through a sort of milking action. I won't bore you with all the intricate details. The PC muscle also causes your penis to be pulled into the body. This happens every time you pee and also with greater force and contractions when you ejaculate. It is the PC muscle that controls the force of your ejaculation so guys get exercising.

Function two of the PC muscle is to squeeze blood into the corpus spongiosum and the glans of the penis. When you are aroused, voluntary reflexes of the PC and Ischiocavernosus muscles, force blood into the corpora of the penis. When both sets of these muscles are contracting together maximum erection is achieved.
